IF YOU ARE A USER ACCESSING THE SITE FROM THE EUROPEAN UNION, ASIA, OR ANY OTHER REGION WITH LAWS OR REGULATIONS GOVERNING PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION, USE, AND DISCLOSURE THAT DIFFER FROM UNITED STATES LAWS, PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THROUGH YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE SITE, WHICH IS GOVERNED BY UNITED STATES LAW, THIS PRIVACY POLICY, AND OUR TERMS OF USE, YOU ARE TRANSFERRING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THE UNITED STATES AND YOU CONSENT TO THAT TRANSFER. ADDITIONALLY, YOU UNDERSTAND THAT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION MAY BE TRANSFERRED TO AND PROCESSED IN COUNTRIES (INCLUDING THE UNITED STATES) WHERE LAWS REGARDING PROCESSING PERSONAL INFORMATION MAY BE LESS STRINGENT THAN THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION IN YOUR COUNTRY.
Types of Information We Collect
We collect both “Personal Information” and “Anonymous Information” about our users. When we use the phrase “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we mean information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked with a particular individual or household, like your name, postal address, e-mail address, or phone number, as well as other non-public information associated with this Personal Information. When we use the phrase “Anonymous Information,” we mean information that is not, by itself, reasonably linkable to an identified individual, such as aggregated or de-identified information.
If you only browse the Site, we may automatically gather and store certain information about your visit, including through cookies and similar technologies as described in “Cookies, Analytics, and Your Choices” below.
If you choose to inquire about or book catering or event services, request a quote or proposal, join our mailing list, purchase a gift card, place an order, apply for or inquire about an employment opportunity, request a philanthropic donation, or otherwise provide us with your Personal Information, we will collect and store such Personal Information and use it for the purpose for which you provided it to us.
Information we automatically collect and store about your visit to our Site may include some or all of the following: (i) your IP address; (ii) the type of browser, device, and operating system used to access our Site; (iii) the date and time you access our Site; (iv) the pages you visit and time spent on them; and (v) the address (URL) of the website from which you linked to our Site.
How We Use Your Information
We may use your Personal Information to respond to your inquiries; to prepare and provide quotes, proposals, and catering or event services; to process your orders and gift card purchases; to process and evaluate employment applications; to send you information about events, services, and offers; and to otherwise communicate with and respond to you.
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, including analytics services, to understand how visitors use the Site, to measure and improve the Site’s performance, and to tailor the Site to the needs of our users. See “Cookies, Analytics, and Your Choices” below for the specific providers we use and the choices available to you.
Cookies, Analytics, and Your Choices
A “cookie” is a small text file stored on your device. We use both first-party and third-party cookies and similar technologies. Some are strictly necessary for the Site to function; others are used for analytics and measurement.
We use the following third-party analytics and tag-management services on the Site: Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (provided by Google LLC) and Microsoft Clarity (provided by Microsoft Corporation). These services may collect information such as your IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, and interactions with the Site, and may set their own cookies. This information is shared with these providers for the purposes of analytics and measurement.
These non-essential analytics technologies do not load until you give consent. When you first visit the Site, a consent banner allows you to Accept or Decline. If you decline, these technologies remain blocked. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link displayed on the Site.
We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser or a browser extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out, and these non-essential technologies will not load.
To protect our forms from spam and abuse we use Google reCAPTCHA, which is loaded only when you begin interacting with a form. Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
How We Share and Disclose Information
We do not sell your Personal Information for money. However, our use of third-party analytics and advertising technologies (described above) may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of Personal Information under certain California laws. You can opt out of this activity as described in “Cookies, Analytics, and Your Choices” and in “Your California Privacy Rights” below.
We may share Personal Information with: (i) our affiliates, subsidiaries, and joint ventures; (ii) service providers and vendors who perform functions on our behalf (such as hosting, analytics, email delivery, payment processing, and form/spam protection), who are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us; and (iii) third parties as described in this Privacy Policy or with your consent.
We may disclose information we have collected about you if required to do so by law or if we, in our sole discretion, believe that disclosure is reasonable to comply with the law, requests or orders from law enforcement, or any legal process, or to protect or defend the Company’s, or a third party’s, rights or property.
In the event we undergo a business transition such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your Personal Information may be among the assets transferred. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur and are permitted by this Privacy Policy.
Marketing Opt-Out
At any time, you can choose to no longer receive commercial or promotional emails from us by sending us an email to hello@jacksonandcompany.com. Also, in any promotional email we send, you may opt out of future messages by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the email. It may take up to 10 days for us to process an opt-out request.
Even if you have unsubscribed from promotional emails, we may send you other important communications, such as customer service announcements and administrative notices.
Security and Data Retention
We employ administrative, physical and electronic measures designed to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access. We will make any legally required disclosures of any breach of the security, confidentiality, or integrity of your unencrypted electronically stored personal data to you via email or conspicuous posting on the Site without unreasonable delay, consistent with the legitimate needs of law enforcement and any measures necessary to determine the scope of the breach and restore the integrity of the data system. Although guaranteed security does not exist on or off the internet, we make commercially reasonable efforts to protect such information.
We retain your Personal Information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose(s) for which it was collected, to provide our services, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. The criteria used to determine our retention periods include the length of our relationship with you, the nature of the information, and applicable legal requirements.

Disclosure and “sharing.” We disclose identifiers and internet activity information to our service providers and to analytics providers (Google and Microsoft). We do not sell Personal Information for money, but our use of analytics/advertising cookies may constitute a “sale” or “sharing” under the CCPA/CPRA. Minors. If you are a California resident under 16 years of age, we will not sell or share your Personal Information unless you (if you are 13–15) or your parent or guardian (if you are under 13) have affirmatively authorized it. Where we collect age information through our forms, we apply consent requirements accordingly.
“Shine the Light.” Under California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code § 1798.83), California residents may request information about our disclosure of Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, email us at hello@jacksonandcompany.com.

The Site is not directed or intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Information from individuals under 13 years of age. If we later obtain actual knowledge that a user is under 13 years of age, we will take steps to remove that user’s Personal Information from our systems. If you are the parent or guardian of a child whom you believe has disclosed Personal Information to us, please contact us via email at hello@jacksonandcompany.com so that we may delete and remove such child’s information from our systems.
